Cancellation & Refunds

Forge Membership renews annually. You can cancel renewal from your account and retain paid access until the end of the billing period.

Change-of-mind refunds are not generally offered after access has begun. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law, including where a service has a major failure.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with the account email and payment date so the charge can be reviewed.
